    Sorry about your accident Troll but there's already laws on the books and that didn't stop the drunk from getting behind the wheel before he hit you. How many drunks are out there getting multiple DUIs and the courts still let them drive? Passing another law won't stop them since the ones...

    Problem with this is where do you draw the line? There are people who shouldn't be talking to someone in the vehicle with them while driving but you can't outlaw that (or enforce it if it was outlawed). New laws are not the answer. If there's something on the books now (like immigration)...
