    Turbo Diagnostic

    If the turbo is seized it's the same as having pluged exhaust and restricted intake. power will be way way down. It will also create vacuum as you now have an intake restriction. At least that's what happens on Ford power strokes. I love them, lots of money to be made. Ps come to think of it...
