    I agree, Wildchild - 2200 or if someone has deep pockets - do what we did pre computer with race cars - run it harder until something breaks, make that part stronger, repeat. Typical bottom end order - subject to variation by engine design- rod bolts, rod caps, main caps, main bolts...

    General, I believe it would have kept going until there was no oil left and pressure dropped. Honestly - I think you could get the rod out of the way, put a plate over the hole in block add oil and drive it quite some distance if you keep RPM's below 1800. I expect you will find the rod bolts...
