    refresh I don't understand this, but a quick search on the internet gave me this maybe it will help the guru. Wayne You can do this with meta tags. It won't actually refresh on every visit, but it will tell the clients computer not to store information about the page and instead completely...

    Recent topic When you use the back button it should always go back to the Page you left, not to a refresh (new) page. In fact most sites (auctions) I go to will tell you need to refresh the page to see the newest page and latest bid. It's been that way on every computer I've used. Wayne
