Why do people routinely believe it's a good idea to introduce alcohol into their diesel fuel, I'll never understand. Why not just pour some water in as well?
Maybe I'm confused, but you seem to be contradicting yourself. The first quote said the IP return had the plugging problem. But now it ran for 15K miles?
IDI diesels are a lot more tolerant of "dirty" fuel by the injector/pintle design. The pintle actually moves in and out of the orifice...
If you have a clogged return valve on the IP of a 6.2. That commonly happens with diesel fuel as well. The EID ring basically decomposes and makes "coffee grinds" in the return valve plugging it up.

Bought a brushguard for it since it was missing.
Picked up a bunch of nuts and bolts to install it and the shackle.
Topped off the T-case, it was a 1.5qt low! aua
Installed volt/temp/oil pressure gauge.
Picked up the rest of the parts for the lift.
Replaced the damaged bolts in the front leaf...
Used mine to haul all the old carpet and matting to the dump. Replaced the damaged tail lenses. Ordered the rest of the parts needed to lift my truck as well.
