    I agree on the start over but i believe they will need guidance and education on what we the people are trying to accomplish! We as a whole community of collectors/users need to help educate the politicians.

    After reading the other states Bills (Virginia and OHIO) it looks to me that Hewitt took almost the exact info off of the Virginia Bill basically copied and pasted,, but left out the specific definition of the (Military Surplus motor vehicle) as defining it as a HMMWV part in the Virginia Bill...
