    Met a fellow SS-er today on a traffic stop

    So was it registered to the buyer or seller? I am wondering why you did not get a return on the plate. In CA after you sell a vehicle you can send in the portion of the title that releases the seller from liability, I wonder if DMV suspends the registration at that point. I do not get upset...
