    I got 9.5 inches if I am understanding what you want measured. On my m925, front bumper, inside top and bottom flange of bumper just outside the frame rails. There are brackets there for the winch which would subtract 1/8 to 3/16(x2) on that inside measurement. If that isnt clear draw a pic...
