    Throw a vac. gauge on line from pump if 20lbs. all good.Put vac. gauge on line from vac. regulating valve on IP if 6-8lbs. all good.Check vac. at modulator on trans. If not 6-8lbs. its leaking between reg.valve and modulator.Pretty easy to pin point problem.I ended up replacing vac...
