    That is such a sad sight to see ! I truly regret never buying the two I had a chance to back in 1980. Now seeing this poor vehicle rotting away makes me sad all over again. :cry:

    I was able to upload this one picture. I had just removed one of the 40ton winches and had painted it to sell. Soon after the rest of the truck came apart.

    Funny Ahab !!! Yes I have my reading glasses on !!! I didn't know about the frame being able to fold flat on the back. The ones I worked one didn't have them, just a huge A$$ trailer that mounted to the truck.

    I have worked on these riggs. I used to work for Ben's Truck Parts in Seattle. They had military surplus from WW1 . I used to rebuild all the transmissions and differentials. The company had two of these trucks. The sad part is I had to dismantle both of them :( . The winches sold really fast...
