Just like Gimpyrobb said, it is not needed in your state. In fact it really isn't needed in any of the lower 48 states. It was installed for Artic conditions. Yes some states along the Canadian border can get pretty cold but the deuce should still start. The later models had the "ether"...

Why would you want one ? They are not the most dependable of items. To operate properly they must be maintained on a regular basis, and even then they have a habit of leaking. The only place that would have one is a military "surplus" store. If you really want one try "White Owl" military parts.

The booster pump on the injection pump itself. Just remove the fuel line that goes to the "Fuel Density Compensator" . It might have been bypassed so that the line off from the "T" fitting.

Have you taken off the fuel line to the injection pump itself ? Try that and see how much fuel your getting there. Your not getting the fuel you need. If you have replaced all the filters (including the one on the passenger side) and your in-tank pump is working, then your boost pump might be...

Your correct about the governor moving that lever. There is no physical connection from the outside throttle control to the fuel control lever. The fuel pedal (throttle) puts pressure against the governor which then decides how much fuel is allowed to flow. That's why at 2800 rpm, you can push...

No. When the lever is installed into the fuel control shaft it is at a 90 degrees angle. So even if you "flipped it" it would still be 90 degrees. Sorry I wasn't on here earlier. I usually only get the chance to get online after 11:00 pm.

You will only be getting around 70cc of fluid out each injection. Just a good squirt. Have you tried to actually run it yet ? Also you will not have any pressure until you have some resistance like from the injectors.

You forgot one important thing. Behind that 12 point bolt is a "fuel delivery valve" . Yours is missing. If you try and install that Hydraulic head it will not work. Beyond that pretty good video !

What you can try and do is first, remove the center bolt from the Hydraulic Head. Then using some brake cleaner, insert the little tube into each injector hole and try and flush out any garbage. If they are so blocked that the spray won't work then you must remove the six set-screws and the...

Actually the high pressure is developed in the hydraulic Head (by the plunger) then it goes down the injection lines.

    Request M35A2 Retrieval info

OK now I'm confused. I thought you said your injection lines where plugged and rusted ? Now your saying it is in the Hydraulic Head ? If it is the Hydraulic Head then you must completely disassemble it and clean out all those little passages from the "plunger" to the individual injection lines...

If your lines are blocked due to rust then get some good used lines ! It is not worth the cost and damage you will do to your injectors. Plus now the lines will be weaker then normal and can potentially burst ! You don't want that in your engine compartment ! Or worse yet, getting yourself or...

Like gimpyrobb said, call them. George will most likely answer and he can get you almost anything for the deuce. They don't list anything on their website so you need to call. I just ordered three sets of steering sector shafts and bearings and shims. You cannot find those on any other website...

UGGGHHHH !!!! I suffer from "sleep paralysis" , thankfully not every day. I can wake up, but I'm unable to move for several seconds to minutes. The worst is if I fall asleep on the couch and my head falls down to my chest closing off my air pipe. I cannot move and cannot breathe !!! So I take...

Now that is a great idea ! Hey, just an aside here. I'm getting sacked from this site soon due to doghead not liking my comments or me personally. Go to the CUCV section and look at the thread "bolt on box framing". Go to the last two pages. So I would just like to say your a great bunch of...
