    M1008 Rear End Play

    The rear ends in these trucks have a locker in them. It is my understanding that up to 1/4 turn of the drive shaft is "normal". That clunk you are hearing is likely to be the slack in the locker. I would advise searching in this forum and on the web on this topic. Lot's of great information...
