    Thanks for all the advice! A Swiss machinist friend of mine is making me a piece similar to what tiger tool sells that screws onto the nut and then you hit it. I think I have a pickle fork somewhere though I'm not sure if it's big enough. Also does anyone know where to get the protective boot...

    Does anyone know if the ball joint threads for the tapered fitting at the ends of the drag link are M20 by 1.5, or 3/4 16? They are so close I can't tell.
