No fluid mixing oil to coolant or coolant to oil.
It came in a 915a1. Engine tag reads MIL400BC3J engine tag says 1984 but they just did that to match the truck.
Next step would be to pull the head and check the valve guides worst case scenario just put a cylinder kit in it and be done since...
No internal pressure. No fluid mixtures. Rotella smell was pretty bad in the cab.
Exhaust port is wet from fuel. There is an existing water mark on the block
Bumper and cab are reading 37 1 or L SB 112T 1486-335
Best I can make out of that is 371st Sustainment Brigade, 1486th transportation company out of Mansfield, OH
She got new shoes, 445 65 22.5 Sumitomos on the steer and 12R24.5 G177 recaps on the rear. May have the modify the spare tire carrier for the 12R to fit.
Engine has a 891 cpl.
New front tandem wheel seal and secure nut.
New air line and power cord.
Serviced all the engine and transmission...
And another one showed up that needs to be built.... least oil changes and greasing everything is easy.
Has a Recon motor in it. It does not have an RRAD tag on it. Just 1 Mwo.
@South has tires in Cookeville.
I run 12R24.5 Goodyear G177s on my drive tires and I've got well over 150k miles on em and they aren't even half worn on virgins.
Just LMTV combat wheels.
I assume you are planning on running 11.00-20 G177s from a 5 ton? You know they are only 43.5in tall and the 395s are 46.5" tall?
Plus tube tires ride like crap. Tims Tire in Harriman TN has recap 11R24.5 ot 12R24.5 in G177 for $200 a tire. Wheels are cheap enough for...

More gpm means more speed.
Hauled a friends 50k excavator. It didn't mind it too much except for a few steep places.
She is in the process of...
Busy day.
Turbo swapped. Pulled 42lbs of boost on a test run just Bob tail. Swapped a few other hoses as well.
New air filter.
Swapped in a new steering shaft since mine had some play. Swapped in another steering column with a smaller steering wheel. Much more room.
Put a new...
Rotated steer tires. Swapped on 4 G177s on the rear drive axle with 4 new wheels. I hate powdercoat white so I sprayed em with M.E.K. and then spray painted em black with activator. The MEK makes spray paint stick well.
Swapped on an old HT3B turbo. Had a leakin cartridge seal too...
Well. AC works pretty well. 57 degrees in the cab with 100 degree outdoor temps is pretty good.
Installed a new alternator with remote sense to account for the AC draw.
Been rolling a bunch since august. Around 33,000mi.
Few issues have gone on. Nothing major. Oil turbo seal is...
