    The one thing they can do that is beyond your control is ask the military to deny the EUC and Gov planet refunds your money and leaves them free from liability since EUC approval is done in Battle creek and not them.

    Call em. 3x a day everyday till you hear something. Bug em. I know of someone that filed one in July and they called several times today and it was cleared and in his email by 5pm. EUCs are done by the military they have deeper pockets full of money and lawyers to ignore your suit.
