    You might want a spot mirror. Mine are not bad to judge distance. It is a little hard to square up on a trailer sometimes though

    In my opinion LMTV mirrors are horrible. Such s narrow view for a big wide blind side. Why i like the wide unitruck units. It's a big difference Adding a blind spot detection system would be pretty easy or if you have a 4 camera system just mount one over there

    I tape wrap the whole upper bar and route the wire down it. Then in thru the quarter window and up across the top

    Yes. Military mirrors are mostly west coast style. Found at any truck parts place. Unitruck mirrors have wider angle view and available with heaters
