    Well. They haven't done a complete reset truck in the past 10yrs. Cost more than folks were willing to spend. Even governments like Morocco and Vietnam. And they are scarce on some parts needed for a full reset. They pulled it in, pm'd it. Few test runs and made it look pretty and out the door...
