    Random. It depends on what is turned in based on replacements or being redlined. Then turned in for state or dept acquisition and then sent to govplanet etc to be sold.

    They only release them as they come thru the system to be sold. It totally depends on what filters thru and when. Why you see alot of something sold over the period of months then nothing You saw 10 MTVRs a week for months, then nothing for 3 months then now they are showing up again
