    Photos of the bumper with the front hole cutout. There is a small piece underneath still joining the sides. I cut it out with an air cutoff wheel. And again with the roller fairlead cover put on it. It could have been dont somewhat more neatly, but you only get one try.

    It has been fine. Ive had no trouble with it. It pulls good, but the motor is slower compared to more expensive winches.

    I did the same deal with a harbor freight 12k winch mounted upside down to the winch plate bolted to the upper lips of the front frame. I cut out the area in front of it on the stock bumper, and trimmed the winch plate to fit. I had to weld up a couple of holes in the plate, but it turned out...
