Kenny, see his 4th pic 'CIMG1032?' See that ring of bolts deep in the can at the wheel center? That wheel is actually two halves that bolt together. You put a big heavy Rubber or PVC insert inside you tire, then flop it down over one wheel half. You then drop the other half in and bolt the...

Cranetruck, there's a night and day difference between siping and grooving. Grooving actually takes to depth cuts out of the tire/physically removes amounts of rubber. Siping is just slitting the tread with, usually, a siping machine. Siping is great for wet traction and rock guys have been...

Thanks man! I had a guy run a stop sign in a Geo 4dr one time and drive into the side of my M715 while I was doing about 35mph. He hit me square in the side, like I looked down out of my door window down through his windshield, then KA-BLAM! I got kicked sideways then recovered it and got...

If you're not going to be seriously offroading, like only occasional weekend warrior stuff, I'd just cut them with a single 5/16-3/8" wide by 3/8-1/2" depth and just go across the tread block. I did a smaller set of XL's and did diagonal cuts for better offroad/angled traction. My XML's on...

The biggest difference with NDT's compared to XL's is that the XL does not have a full center rib allowing it to have tread biting edges there and allowing the tire to bite down in and not just spin slick on top. I had a set of Goodyear Xtra Grip that looked to be a great tire, but again, still...

Well after late winter's wife conundrum, leading to present large single income mortgage, and throwing in TTC...I've just about got the scratch saved to get the plates cut for the 5 ton 20 bolt beadlocks. Oh...heh,heh...and that sharp looking bike in the pics is my (was my) 2000 Suzuki...

The 1400x20's won't fit the rear suspension, this 1550/80R20 XL 'Pilote' is the biggest that clears stock. 45.5x15.5 or 46x16 depending on who measures. Same size as 395/85R20 XML's like M1075 runs on his pumper and I run on my M715. I didn't have a quarter to use for size reference so I used...

I had a guy that was interested in buying the five ton wheels and then I was gonna get a set of Stazworks double beadlock jobbies. The guy seems to have disappeared. I'll prolly get them made soon.

How close are you to your exhaust pipe at the back of the fender? If you clear with those wheels, I should clear with the ones I get on and my same size XL's as I'll have about 2" more backspacing which will reduce the amount of swing as the tire turns. LOOKING GOOD MAN!!! I do like how...
