    It just sank in, that is just a glow plug harness and doesn't use (or wired to) the temp controller. Thanks for the education.

    A quick look on epay and they are $45 with free shipping for a new harness. I would do that before trying to fix the old one.

    I would try a little PB Blaster on it and let it soak in. Then a light grip with channel locks to loosen. Might have to try working it back and forth. If it doesn't work the first time add more PB Blaster. I wouldn't splice in a new end but if you can find a connector you can release the...
