    I got this far and hit a brick wall. Unable to prime the system. After much investigating i found that S & S truck parts sold me the wrong rotation pump. Will try again to overnight one in, it will be a nail bitter.

    No, i have been through about 20 hurricanes right here in 56 years. I hope to get the last piece tomorrow, ford NOS drag link 1975, F700. Oh, and get the hoses made.

    Cut the large hole in frame, cut and brake up the flange. Drill a lot holes and plug weld one hole to the frame.     The upper front mount bolt on the steering box lines right up on the rivet hole that was left behind from the reinforcement plate. It has that circle on it. This looks like the place to put it. This is the same as M35A2 and A3.

    Yes it is all weld, no splice or piece welded on. I cut about 1 1/2" off the end. Now i am looking for one of these yokes that has all splines, no flat spot.

    Working with the pitman arm. It is 9 1/8" center to center, so i welded up a boss area to change it to 7 1/2" or maybe 7". These arms are made of premium steel and weld and machine very nicely.

    The selector shaft on the stock duece and haft is 1.312" diameter with grade 5 studs on the steering arm. The selector shaft on the power steering box 2.00". an increase of 152% and with ARP studs for the steering arm over double strenght. The setup you have selected does by pass these two areas...

    The air-assiste system offered no hold back at all. I have gathered a lot of info. on your steering setup and looking for the HF542996 / PN#54050 / LN8000

    After the 2013 trail rides having the steering wheel taking from my hands twice and receiving a bad steering wheel burn on my right hand, rounding up the items i need to convert my M35A3 to the HF54 power steering. I will post pic's and info. as i go.
