    Blackest matte black

    Aeroglaze Z306 or Z307 would be good options for very flat black, rated for space applications and aircraft things, we use it in cryostat assemblies where we don't want stray light hitting sensitive CCDs, but I gather it's somewhat durable for outdoor applications.
