Hm yes changing the hubs could be benefitial to increase the capability of the Deuce. I agree that with the items we’ve talked about the 5 ton would do better. This thread isn’t exactly talking about my truck necessarily, but to understand better the limitations of the Deuce while I’m learning...

I understand now that the reason the MRAP wheel fits the Deuce is because that 10x335 bolt pattern can be adapted for the 2.5ton axle, whereas all the rims with zero offset that I found have a 10x11.25” (10x285) what they are referring to as “commercial semi truck bolt...
Dave has a rim that seems to have the same backspacing as a m1076 listed as a “HEMAT Trailer rim”

Thanks! I checked it out and also searched the TM for the m1076 but didn’t find specs on the rims. Ultimately the one on the link I sent has enough backspacing like the PLS rims, so I believe it would just come down to if the lug pattern and mounting hole size would work with an MRAP adapter...
I currently run tubes in my 395s as well. For terrain like that in the video of post #1 I believe they’re fine. But for some sand in the desert having a beadlock to air way down would be nice.
I agree I’m actually looking for some M1076 wheels for mine! Haven’t had any luck yet.
However I know a guy that used the M1076 wheel on his with a waterloo power steering kit and it cleared the pitman arm but he said it created a rub on the exhaust so bad the truck was undriveable forcing him...

How do you feel about how important it would be to air down? Do you change your PSI every now and then when you use it like in your videos?

Considering off-road use, a belt-driven hydraulic pump sounds easier to repair compared to the pump used in Waterloo’s kit, seeing that you would have less things to fail and replacing the belt would be easier to source, is my thinking correct?
