    Sorry, didn't mean to divert. I had a part about having a spare tire holder like Rusty's and took it out along with my description of a fold up spare tire holder for a 395. It would have been more on-topic if I had left it.

    Only slightly over legal width Rusty? You didn't take the flange off on the hubs did you? Someone did...not sure I could locate it though. I will be doing that for A3 wheels with dish out on my 105.

    Here is a statement from gringletaube, but none of the links work on the thread: There are many experts on this subject here. You can improve the handling with the larger tires. "Radials should run parallel (zero toe-in) and caster angle be at least +4º."

    There are a lot of threads on the subject, so I won't repeat them here. I highly recommend that you make the modification with that much weight and size of tire.

    It is a great looking truck, nice . Have you had the caster angle changed (block at the axle)?

    Got it, they are bulbs that go in sockets. That's a different animal than the strips, which can be made dimmer by the use of a PWM "dimmer".

    Are your LED's 24 vdc? I have some manual dimmers and remote controls for the 24 vdc, if you need to tame your brightness down a bit. I have some of the LED (green, red, white) strips that can be cut + the ends to make a series, like 4" or 8" pieces of LED strip with 30" of wire and another...
