    Drove my 1009 to welders shop (with one very large whisky). I never lerned welding skills and in my age it is too late already :) After bodywork After bodywork and paint it is my time - shocks, bushings brakes, harmonic balancer, oils etc.

    Yes, same here. Thats why i went to non-geasables. This old factory plastic/nylon injected lock was tough!

    I bought Moog non-greasables. Should last another 50k miles? Next step is front shaft, there is also small play on front u-joint.

    nono, they are white. I do not need red fog light. Edit: did not installed them jet (too cold, too snowing) but tried one in dark. Man, i am impressed! wide lighting area and one sure can read book some 10...15 metres away. Highly recommend, if those available in your side...

    Kind of carried away - as front LEDs are great, i ordered another set, idea is recess to bumper. 40W wide beam area. Mainly, because previous owner already ruined rear blackout light holes - one for reverse light and other for red fog light. As lights were bigger, this a**hole just made holes...

    Wired new LEDs - i am happy, not aimed right but still pretty impressive. They are 2in1 - fogs and HI. fogs on: HI on: Happy New Year! Great site, tons of knowlege, thank you all!

    Made trip thru forest, that neighbour little elves and my short-legged wienerdog can take walks. We have some 25 cm of snow. And quick trip to local shop for few porters :) (MTs are bad on icy tarmac). Merry Christmas!

    This slot can be welded full and new, correct slot milled. Unfortunately crank must be removed from engine.
