    Yep, it's what's called a "High Lead".A gal buddy of mine knows I work in the woods and kindly recorded a few episodes of the Ax-men series for me since I don't have cable and yes they actually had a short story on this style of high lead rig in one episode.It showed footage of Shermans in WWII...
