trucks been working great. now have a air leak from a valve above the rear axle?? bleeds out over night now. was wondering what it is anda part # if it needs to be replaced?
Found the problem..you were right again.. i had a misaligned service brake diaphragm on the rear axle. Truck is fixed and took it for a test drive. thank you and all that helped. i learned a lot.
OK. some progress. i replace the new bad treadle valve with a new one and it stopped the venting of air to the stack from the cotton covered line. truck came up to pressure and releace the spring brakes. i did have a small leak from a misaligned spring brake diaphragm but got leak to stop...
when i turn the supply valve on i do still have air escaping fronm the cotton hose coming from the treadle valve going to the stack.... if i step on the brake pedal it seems to stop. the treadle valve pic shows which port its coming from. thats what is confusing me ... i would have hoped the...

I replace the treadle valve with a new aftermarket one. aired the truck up from shop hose... secondary gauge read 120 psi. primary read 0 psi. opened valve on the wet tank and still have air venting into line heading to air stack. now when wet tank fill i cant get over 70 psi on...
I checked them all one at a time. no air. i then went to the three lines going into the stack. it was the large fuzzy line on the right it heads to the engine area..??
