    You had better get on the horn first thing in the morning before it turns into a default situation. I usually go on the chatline thing. If they haven't recv'd it yet, I resend everything while I have them on the chatline. They can go into the email print it off or forward the info to the EUC...

    If you sent everything via email, you should have gotten a reply from GL stating they have recv'd your documents
