For a long time, I've been looking for any 1/2" drive 13/16" square impact sockets. All of the Budd wheel sockets in 13/16" square are 3/4" or 1" drive.
I've used a 1/2" drive 13/16" 8 point socket for years, and it works well, but I recently found this one on Amazon. It's Chinese, and probably not the best, but it does seem to work just fine.
If anybody else happened to be looking for one and didn't want to use an 8 pt socket, here it is -

I'd say the reason there really aren't any is because the hey day of stud pilot budd nuts and the era of capable enough 1/2" drive impact guns don't line up.
