10k Winch data plate numbers

I've been replacing data plates on me truck that are worn and unreadable. Included in this plan are the plates on top of my winch. I received replacements already, but the some numbers on my old one are unreadable. I stamped the new one with the numbers I can read, but I can't be certain on a few others. Looks like "VS-51352-1" and "115" to me. But the first few digits on the first, and the first digit on the second are unclear. I can't find a photo of a similar plate. Can anyone provide the data circled in the photo or a photo of a complete identical plate?

Yes, the first looks like a VS-
Second is 15, not 115. (15 ft per min)
