12.50 vs 1100x20 Tires?

I know there is a list of tire dimensions somewhere?

But I can put 12.50x20 tires on the front of my M52A2 and leave the
1100x20 duals on the rear axles, correct? I thought the two tire sizes
were the same height??:?:

I suppose that's what the seller told you - but it is NOT correct! Loaded radius (which is what counts) is way different: 20.5" for the stock 11.00-20, vs 19" or less for those 12.5R20's.
Try to find 14.5's, they do match!

Also clear that you need MPT wheels for these tires! Best if you can find A3 wheels and recenter them to 10 on 11-1/4".

And don't forget to check load range and/or max. allowed TP: LI 145/5 bar would be minimum for a 5ton.
