There are lots of single wiper kits that are made for boats that are available for under $50 a wiper. Dual kits that are about the same price that are made for Side by Side off road units are also available but are harder to fit. They are totally self contained and only need a power wire. There are a few 24 Volt if you search but most are 12 Volt.
