Excellent condition super clean MEP-004 15 KW Diesel Generator 60hz. This unit was rebuilt and has a 2007 rebuilt Melton motor installed and is 17 original hours. Load tested and needs nothing. Can easily be installed for use in a home, shop, or other uses. This unit has been converted to 120/240 single phase and is rated for the same rated output as original 3 phase configuration. Mounted on HMMWV Generator Trailer. Fresh fluids, filters, misc new parts, and batteries. It was surplused to a county and they rarely used it. EMP proof, extremely heavy duty, much more reliable than the newer series (MEP-804) and easier to work on . These are rated at 15kw 24/7 use, only needing to stop every 250 hours for an oil change. You can easily get well over 10,000 hours of use before needing to rebuild. This is the most recently rebuilt Generator I've had. I have other MEP-005 30KW Generators available for sale. I've serviced and sold military generators for years.
