1944 GMC 2 1/2 ton amphibian truck (DUKW). S/N 10796. The frame and original data plate numbers match. I have owned this DUKW since 1991. I took it in the water 5 mins. after buying it and have been out in the local rivers and lakes over a 1,000 times over the past 33 years. Runs and floats just fine.
