24 Bolt Wheel and Runflat Question

I have a set of 24 bolt rims that I am putting together with E range MTRs. There are clearly two versions of the rubber runflats. A one piece that is slightly offset, and a two piece that has the spacer.
Does anybody know which runflat belongs with which wheel and tire combo. I am only concerned with the 24 bolt wheels. I know the 8 bolts ran magnesiums with bias ply and I'm not putting 12 bolts on this project...

Thanks for the help in advance!!!

Does not make a diff on the older 2 piece rubber or newer 1 piece rubber....you can mix and match.
the tire be it an MTR, BF Goodrich, Goodyear MT etc makes no diff, nor does the number of bolts on the rim....12 bolt, 24bolt.....
