250 Cummins Upgrade

Are there any upgrades for a tired 250 Cummins engine? It just wont push my wrecker (M936) up a hill! Are Turbos available, do they work?
does a M936A2 have a different engine and are they interchangeable?

There is the turbo upgrade but don't expect much. Do a search for "5-ton turbo" or "more power out of a NHC 250" and you'll find plenty to read over.
