2nd control box fried.....

hi guys, after not even 100 miles I am here again, my humvee (m1045a2) fried the second control box too. I am attaching pictures. I would like to know if any of you make manual control boxes (reasonably price) and if you are willing to ship one to me in italy.
keeps frying mosfets, what could be due to? glow plugs replaced along with new engine about 2000 km ago.

You are doing something wrong, something is wrong or you are buying used unknown condition boxes, because as a shop that only uses OEM KDS and Narton S3 start boxes, I hAve maybe 1 box a year that is faulty , and those are from the auction that were blown when the truck arrived and most likely blown by improper slave starting….not enough information in youre OP.

Ciao, la mia smart box l'ho comprata usata ma provata, in Italia non è facile trovarle e comprarle dagli USA è molto costoso. Ho provato a contattare il venditore e mi ha detto che secondo lui è il regolatore che brucia le smart box. Non so se è possibile. Quando si è rotta la prima scatola, ho misurato la corrente sul regolatore e dava circa 27 volt.
Ho potuto capire che si stava rompendo anche dall'odore e dall'ago che era sul rosso-giallo al minimo e andava sul verde solo quando davo gas
