Hope this is not true, or can be changed. 300 or so AZNG trucks will not be headed for the DRMO, FMS or ultimately GL. I was told it was to much trouble, and easier thing to do was to send them to the range here in AZ. :( . If anyone has additional information, or if I've heard wrong, please let us know.

Thinking about it, thats an awful lot of trucks to get rid of. But thats an lot of trucks to get ready for the range. There's fluids to drain etc. Probably easier to GIVE them to some forign government.

Kevin,

You should see the target yard over here at White Sands, gotta be 200+ vehicles in there, M-60's M35's 5 tons HEMTT's 1008's 1009's MAN's, APC's you name it its there.....
Russian BMP's ZSU23's Russian Cargo Trucks

Saw some vehicles headed up range the other day on a flat bed, made me want to cry......

Hopefully its just an option being considered......

There are many vehicles in Iraq being used for Target practice by our own troops. Then the equipment is posted as being destroyed be our Enemies!!?? We are in a Recession and someone has to support the Big Corps." We need monies to replace the Goods lost in War!!", Say the Big Generals. The they send New equipment to be Destroyed, By the Enemy!!??
