10 = 10 inches wide.
.00 = 100% aspect ratio. (which means tire radius minus wheel radius = tire width, more or less)
R = radial
20 = nominal wheel diameter = 20 inches

Correct tube size for 395/85R20 and 15.5/80R20 tires is 13/20 - for radial tires.
I know of people having used 14/20 tubes, also, with no negative reports so far.

I would say so. If a 1200/20 means: 12 inches wide by 12 inches tall and fits a 20 inch rim. The tube would have to strech 3.5 inches to meet the side walls and strech about 1.5 inches to meet the tread.

Bauer Tire in Davenport IA has 1200R20 in stock for $35 no shipping charge if I pick them up.

pinzgauer pete posted that his tubes were 11.00/12.00/14.80R20. Others have used 1200R20 with out problems. maybe that is what I will do.

I bought a 1200/20 tubes from Goodyear and paid 32 bucks a tube. The guy there said that tube would work for that size tire, but will see I have only put 50 miles on the 46's so far.

Nice. tried to put 6 in the shopping cart it informed me that they only have 3 and 3 will be back ordered. Was hoping to have tires installed by next weekend for a camping trip.

I am going to use the 12.00R20 that I have here in town.
