I found out something today about the 395s xlms. I was looking at the tires and reading the max load and tire psi. I found that 2 of the tires had a max load of 9620 lbs,and the rest had max load of 10,200 lbs. The tires look the same, I just found that was strange.. I put the two up ft and the rest in the rear and the spare.

I bought some G20's(395 size +/-) and put my spare in the bed. Stood it up vertical on the passenger side of the bed, used the spare tire plate from the stock location and a u-bolt and bolted it to the headache rack. Then I cut the troop seats to make about 80% of that side usuable. I haven't had the truck off road so I can't really say if its durable or not, but I have my spare with me a use of both troop seats .
