You are correct.I thought there were MTV 10 ton dumps?
I think that is a typo on the website. FMTVs were 5 tons, with the HEMET/PLS being the 10 tons. You are correct.
Just looking at them, the beds are different dimensions so the covers won't be the same.
They are 10 tons. Here is the link to Oshkosh's product sheet. https://oshkoshdefense.com/vehicles/fmtv-10-ton-dump/I think that is a typo on the website. FMTVs were 5 tons, with the HEMET/PLS being the 10 tons.

Well i’ll be damned. I thought stuart stevenson had the lm/fmtv contract. They are 10 tons. Here is the link to Oshkosh's product sheet. https://oshkoshdefense.com/vehicles/fmtv-10-ton-dump/
Edwards canvas in OK does good work.Well i’ll be damned. I thought stuart stevenson had the lm/fmtv contract.
Might look at those billboard companies and see if you can buy the old vinyl billboard material and have a tarp made specifically for your dump.
Iv seen tractor and vehicle covers made out of the old vinyl. People take the pattern to a place that builds boat seats and what-nots.
But then there would be some that shipping back and forth could get costly. Find a local shop and a local billboard company could allow for multiple test fits if need be.Edwards canvas in OK does good work.
