5 Ton Flat Bed Trailer M1061 Double Lunnettes

I noticed in the TM the diagram below shows the trailer with two tongues one high one for wheeled vehicles and a lower one of tracked vehicles, does anyone have one of these? I have seen some of the trailers with a boxie something below the lunnette but not another lunnette!

Yeah, its an extension for something. I have seen a few guys ask about getting one, but never heard of anyone having one.
