5 ton problem with sprag

my 818 sprag workd fine in rev. but will not completely engauge in fwd.I have removed the decking inside the cab so I can see and the front drive shaft will try to engage but pops out.any suggestions ?? thanks

makes no difference with the 5t, you are in forward when you select EVERYTHING except reverse.



for the guy with problems, pull your air lines on the xcase and make sure you are getting full air on both lines. you will get air in 1 for rev and in the other for everything else.
