350 mile roundtrip roadtrip, my M818 hauling a halftrack to an event in PA. No issues at all, did well, but certainly slowed a bit on some of the steeper grades on I-81. The Halftrack is a post war Czech OT-810 converted to give it a WWII appearance, the StuG III is a replica built on the platform of a UK FV432 APC. Pulling about 12 tons track and trailer. Speed, 55 mph on flat roadways, one steep grade low of 28 mph, mid grades in the 40s.. Hey Goeff, its Luke and Richie from GD in NY. Good to see the armor heading to events. I (Luke) have moved onto other iron and have fun with a 923a2.

Outstanding. The SdKfz-251 and the 250 series have always amazed me. Not sure what it is about them but they are just so cool. Fully understand this is an OT810.

I saw an actual SdKfz-251/1 (I think it was an Ausf C) this past week at Ft Bliss along with a 88mm Flak 36, 105mm leFH18/40, Zundapp KS750, Hetzer and a bunch of American stuff. I'll post pics when I get a chance.
