5-Ton Transfer case all the same?

Are all 5-ton's equipped with the same t-case? I know some had a rockwell xfer with part time (front axle disconnect) and some with full time 6x6 - but these were basically the same family of boxes. Are the Rockwell models t138 and t1138? I'm having trouble finding parts and service books. Looking for gears and interchange paert numbers. Thanks

So are you actually tearing the 5 ton transfer cases apart and wrenching / servicing them?

What part of Washington do you hail from may I ask?
