5 ton wheel identification

Guys i would like to source some of yalls wisdom. I have been reading all day and have yet to get a clear name or identification of the wheels i have they seem to be a MRAP style wheel but with a deeper offset i have 3 right now and am trying to source a fourth any help would be greatly appreciated. Also there are 14 bolts holding the haves together.

Kinda looks like the bolts holding the rim together are in backwards.

Looks like the center has been cut out & a different center bolted in.

Yup... those babies are custom! Looks almost like someone bolted together half of a modified MRAP 50/50 offset wheel to half of some other sort of MRAP variant.
