Yes that's the quad fuse upgrade, and additional MOV protection. Two good upgrades at once.

I believe that @kloppk's kit comes with instructions. Note the nicely tagged wire in the above photo.

If you are buying the kit from Kurt, then EVERYTHING comes with it. And its not hard. If your not buying the kit from Kurt, say something and I or someone will post up the instructions. They are also in the TM forum.

Hey guys me again have a serious question!??! Before I found all you wonderful folks, I purchased an alternator from eBay! I took the old one out and got on eBay look for 24v 4amp alternator with the same connection as old one and purchased it!! I kno don’t beat me across the head bout it I’m doing a great job doin that myself! Long story short lost 200 and im stuck with it. “Question” is can it be used in my gen set without causing anything harm to it?

That is a 40 amp output alternator and the factory one is 35 amp thats about all i can tell you. The MOD you bought is not going to fix your issue with the Generator, just prevent a potential problem. so lets focus back on your issue.
