923 Hood Adjustment

Since I can't access the TM's, hopefully someone can tell me if the 900 series hoods can be adjusted. I tried loosening the bolts on the front hinges, but they don't want to budge. Any help is appreciated.

Ended firguring it out when I swapped hoods. It's actually pretty easy! Only 4 bolts; 3/4" socket on an impact. You can only see the slots when you remove the hood.
