923A2 bed customization ideas.

Looking for some advice point in the right direction. I have a 923a2 I converted it to dump. What has anyone done to add bed rail height to accommodate more capacity? Looking for ideas. Thank you!

Most people just use boards.


Or You can add a troop seat kit and reinforce them.

I plane on retaining my 5th wheel and ramps so instead of pulling everything to put a bed on, im taking the bed off a M105, mount a plate and king pin, couple jack bolts and a locking system to keep it straight and use my backhoe to put on and pull off when wanted. I’ll probably use something like the dump beds use to line up to the frame. Pics to come.

Yep, just use boards on mine.
Just started working on a proper tailgate now, so I can do a better job spreading gravel.
